Comments: Hi. I did not read all the pages, just strolled around them. It was very emotional for me. It was good to read that one who is a survivor still have difficulties with mind controll-messages. My mother tried to contact me, we had a small correspondenty ( sorry for my English), because she'll going to die of cancer. I thought my last chance of information, maybe a kind of I'm sorry what I did to you, but my hope is gone. She didn't change in any way.
I have to deal with my past, without her, as one of the abusers (my father and his father are dead)I broke with her eleven years ago. I survived incest, porno and SRA and I'm proud to say it stopped with me.
Seeing all these webrings, I wouldn't know whitchone to choose, maybe all at the moment. So I surely will visite these sites again. One of my first friends of SRA was a book by M.Reynolds The Reality, which is now my personal workbook: I fill it with my personal european journal of experiences with SRA. ( transgenerational cult)
Some fears can become friends, like spiders to me for example.
But still I have a lot of fears to conquer, and a brief writing with my mother activated some fears again. And after all these years of therapy, and yet some years without, I was ashtonished to come to this conclusion.
I'm very happy with these websites and touched by it. I've learned myself not being afraid to speak out, but I know a lot of survivors are: we were also ( my experiences) afraid because we were forced becoming a abuser ourselves, as a child. But it also must be very difficult for grownups who had the strength to leave the cult as a grown-up.
My thoughts are with the childdren getting still abused today.

Also there is the survivorship website for reprogramming pages find those under helpful pages to recovery.Also with resources from AFF you can help educate your area I leave my materials from the AFF on cars for instance.Anyway to anyone thank you for reading this.

Comments: I didn't realise abuse of American Indians still persisted. I wanted to find American Indian sites to learn more about the culture and spirituality of American Indians. I don't like the way the western world is racing ahead with technology and consumerism, its the path to mass distruction.
No one should be made to feel ashamed of their heritage. The 20th century saw genicide on a massive scale. More recent examples are Bosnia and Rowanda. I'm sure that most America citizens were appalled by this yet America's own native people are still suffering from racial hatred and are being killed because of their heritage.
I pray that it will stop. There are valuable lessons to be learned from all cultures.

Comments: I read your story and felt so many things at once. It shocked me that there could be anyone so cruel. I've heard stories and things, but it just doesn't hit you as much until you here it from somebody who has experienced it.
