Comments: I thank you for sharing your history of the abuse that you have gone through. I too am a survivor of physical and sexual abuse at the hands of my father. Reading about you has opened some old wounds for me and brought back some bad memories. I also have a sister that was physically and sexually abused by our father. She has attempted suicide 5 times since 1994. I have limited to contact with my father. Sometimes I don't think my father knew what he was doing when he was drunk. This is when the physical abuse occured. However he was completely sober when the sexual abuse occured. It was my sister who ended up turning him in. Because of his bad decision he has lost a military carreer as well as the love from my mother, my sister, and myself.

Comments: I was abused physically by both my mother and father, and was forced into incest with my younger brother by our mother before I can actually remember, and then when I got old enough to know it was wrong, it was too late. He forced me into doing things that even now haunt me and make it very hard to enjoy a healthy sexual relationship with my mate, not to mention the anger that is inside of me. I need help, maybe by reading some of your things I will be able to start dealing with things. I have had to put up with so much crap from life. I need someone to talk to that knows my pain. My mate had a good life, good parents and only one brother, I am the only girl of three brothers.
