You know, recently I have been really depressed. Two of my acquaintences ended up telling me that they were abused. Neither of them had the guts to stand up to their abusers. I tried to do something, I gave them hotline numbers, gave them support, offered them any help if the needed it. No matter what I did, they wouldn't be helped. I've been feeling awful about this. Anyway, poetry... now that... that is the best medicine in the world. Keep writing always. |
