You had the courage to write about what happened to you, and also, even though it shouldnt be, its alot easier for women to come out about abuse then it is for men. I have worked with sexual assualt and domestic violence victims in the past and am a rape survivor myself. I thought I had read and seen everything until I started to read your story. I read, with horror, your story. I cannot believe a parent could allow or do the things to a child that you experienced. You are a SURVIVOR!!!!! I applaud you for telling your story and I wish you peace. I hope your mother and stepfather burn, slowly, in Hell for what they put you through. My stomache still turns when I think about what your and your siblings lived through. Take care of yourself and know that there is nothing that can happen to you that you cannot make it through. | Comments: What a powerful and truly horrifying story...horrifying because it actually happened. My heart aches for the pain and torture you and your siblings were subjected to for such a long time. I pray that you find true peace and happiness, because you certainly deserve it. As an abuse survivor myself, I know that the recovery and healing process is a long one, but I am sure it is worth all the pain of rememberance in the end.

I also had an abusive childhood (and I still have abusive relatives who I don't see or talk to) when I was growing up, but after reading your story, it made mine look completely idyllic. It was impossible to stop reading. I read it all the way up to the end of The Cult, Layer 1: Nature Worship; when I finished I was anxiously waiting for you to post the next page because I was dying to know what happened next. Needless to say, I was so happy when you spilled the beans on your family to the social worker! I wouldn't be surpised if your mother has been scared to death of you. Again I venture to your site to learn even more about the horrors your 'brave heart' endured. Why do I read this? For it makes my eyes shed great tears and my heart cry out in pain for you and all those who have been abused. For all those who are still being abused. I can not even imagine the suffering that those who have experienced this have gone through and the suffering that is still happening.
I read, Dear Brother, to gain knowledge, to become aware of all things in this world, the good and the bad. It is too easy to hide your head in the sand, like the ostrich, and pretend evil does not exist. But it does, it is out there! And there is no special mark put upon the face to identify it as such. The more you know about your enemies the greater the chance of destroying them. And evil should be the enemy of everyone. As adults we have the responsibility of protecting the children, all children. Awareness of all things is what will help us do this.
Evil counts on silence, not only from the victim but from the world. It counts on people not wanting to have the knowledge or becoming aware of the horrors that do go on. It counts on society turning its back, with eyes that are closed.
My eyes are wide opened Dear Ghost Wolf, and I will never turn my back on you, we are family, family of the Wolf. I stand fully in support of your courageous battle and if you ever need me for anything, if there is anything I can ever do for my brother, you howl out and I will be there for whatever you need. | Comments: Dear Ghost Wolf,My heart goes out to you!We care.Some time back i visited & your story wasn't this far! i really wanted to see the part where you escape because i was so frightened for you while reading your story.i'm so glad to see that part about escaping there now!.Growing up i saw & heard of abuse of women & children all around us, centered on Patriarchally Centered Religeous & Political Teachings that twisted everything around & it seemed so hopeless for so many because so many societies foster this kind of male-dominator image.Now to hear of people who would use something as beautiful as Nature & 'nature' religion to manipulate persons, including children into vulnerability & then abusive situations also, goes to show that there are no means some people won't go to in order to oppress other beings cruelly & nothing beautiful that they can't try to make ugly.Even Nature & Childhood!The thing that really gets to me, is how anyone could harm a child for any reason.So tragic that BOTH your parents were products of intergenerational-interdenominatiol tortures & that they did not heal in time to spare you & your siblings this poison.
The beatings & abuse that your mother went through were horrendous & that your abusive father played mother & child against each other,is nothing short of 'psycho-pathic'
But for nothing to have been done about it- then & to have
even your own mother come to participate & administer abuse
on those more vulnerable also (such as you dear children) is horrifying beyond measure.You & your siblings experienced the utmost betrayal that a human-being can suffer in this!
It seems abuse was passed right on down the pecking order,
which you & your siblings found yourself at the bottom of.
One shudders to think what would have become of you & what
you might've become one day if this had continued much longer! You are so lucky to have escaped with your life!
Thank goodness that you are breacking the chain of violence, that your parents couldn't breack.Thank goodness that your inner spirit was strong even at an early age so that you eventually managed to save your siblings, as well as yourself from these 'monsters' as best you could.i am not usually one to be judgemental or call names but these acts against children such as yourself, are tortures that no being should have to endure.Does anyone know what became of these other children trapped like you? i sure hope you & your siblings will find the healing that you so richly deserve.i hope noone will succeed at ever harming you again!

| Comments: Stop Child Abuse since 1975 from Donora,Pa. and Portland, Oregon. A little boy and his twin sister severely tormented from abuse for 18 years. Their brother and sister were NOT abused. The little boy almost died twice and survived to an adult and created his One-Man Advocate on Child Abuse. His story on radio, magazines, television commercial, Open Forums in Washington and Oregon, fund raising for the crippled, cancer, homeles, hungry. What is so incrediable about this story is that Paul graduated from High School at the age of 21, Special Education. A handicap man helping children. Is this odd?
