Comments: My children were taken by the
state of Texas in 1991 and 1992, from their natural father, who was a
product of the system. I had left him and was trying to make a better
life for them. Only the oldest child was placed in a good foster home,
he was lucky. The 2 oldest girls were placed in with alcoholics, the youngest
and fourth was placed in a foster home and sexually abused by foster parents
in the fourth foster home. Moved to Utah and have been harrased by the
state, for years. They took the youngest last year at the age of 14, placed
her in 3 detention centers and juvenile mental health for not conforming
to what a caseworker wrote in her report. Our daughter was drugged by
the state, raped and gave birth 3 days before she was returned last year.
She spent 10-1/2 months locked up for a caseworkers lies. I know there
is true abuse, but in our case the abuses was by the system its self.
For not backing a caseworker for lying on the paper work. In fact many
young Indain girls from AZ, were locked up at Copper Hills in West Jordan
Utah, with my daughter. Their parents were not allowed any contact with
their children. Is this not abuse by the system, to lock children away
for not protecting the caseworkers stories. In fact our daughter has been
on a path of self distruction, since her return. She doesn't remember
me visiting her twice a week, since most of the time she was passed out
in my lap, due to the use of psychotic medications. She called her baby
an alien, because dcfs/cps told her she wasn't preganant. I kept track
of her monthly problems, which she did not have for 8 months. The former
caseworker has told several other parents, her son will never be found,
because cps destroyed the paper trail. He is 7 months old, been diagnosed
with failure to thrive. No psychal defects, but slow developing mentally,
because of the psychtoic meds used. She assualted 2 police officers last
week, she had run from home because she didn't want to do chores. Clean
her room and feed her dogs. She has a friend that is Ute Indian, who is
only 14. This girls mother takes my daughter and her daughter and drops
them off on the reservation with men 21 years old and older. The state
does not care, I have told them about this repeatedly. In fact her friend
doesn't go to school, her mother doesn't care where she is, are who she
is with. I was told today, let my 15 year old daughter do as she pleases.
She has never been abused at home, only while in custody of the state.
I'm a bad mother because I want to know where my 15 year is at, what she
is doing. Yet, if I let her run wild as her friend's mother lets her daughter
do. I will be charged with neglect. Our dogs are not just dogs, the are
half wolf. So, I know how wolves are protecting their own. They will lay
down their livies for the pack, just as a Loving Mother will do anything
to protect her children. Most of the children in the foster care system
are not substaniated cases of abuse. Yet the families are made to live
in fear, of the system. This is the sign they had in the cps building
this afternoon. It list everyone who is supposed to report when a parent

& MORE You don't have to tell us your name to get help. Why do they have
caller ID then? Why in the federal manual for cps, it states caseworkers
notify parents they are going to talk to their children in schools, before
they interview your child? When I know for a fact they never called me
first, before they interviewed my daughter. When a parent does everything
cps ask, then has to redo it, to please a caseworker. Yet the system never
tells of the abuses they cause, the threats they make. Believe me, I know
all to well how they tear a family apart. I know of the abuses some foster
families inflict on children and the abuses of the caseworkers, judges
and all court personnel. When a 15 year old child can not remember all
of last year, due to the psychotic meds, the caseworker told shrinks to
put her on. The nightmares, the flashbacks, the degrading done by the
system. Sure, I felt bad when that caseworker got done today. But, I'm
a Mother and I refuse to roll over and play dead and keep silent about
the abuses the system has bestowed upon our family. The system these days
sees dollars signs, not families. If a caseworker can not find abuse,
they fabricate it to benifit the cps system. To secure a job, at the expense
of a family. To allow girls in the foster care system, to see any male
they wish without any reguard for that childs safety. Look at the cps
system in Florida, they have over 200+ children they have no idea where
these children are. Yet the children are on the books and the federal
government pays the state of Florida for children that are missing. Abuse
is all around us, it's not only in our homes, it's in our schools, it's
in our churches, in the boy scouts, girl scouts, etc. We don't know of
the other pedophiles until they are caught. In Utah alone, being a poligamist
state, which they deny. There are more poligamist than are being let on
about. They make mortars out of those who get caught practicing mormon
ways. Families are as endangered as wolves, these days. Take Care Sharla

Comments: You seem like a man who is
genuinely concerned about the protection/welfare of children. However,
did you know that the 'Missing Children' link you have with NCMEC is counteractive
to what you are trying to do? Children are being protected by their mothers
(or sometimes other relatives) and taken to places unknown to their perpetrator/abuser
because the Courts REFUSE to protect children from Sexual Abuse, even
when it was their pediatrician who reported it, even when there were eye-witnesses
to the abuse, even when the children are attempting suicide because of
being forced to live in the custody of their abuser and NCMEC is SUPPORTING
this sexual exploitation by ruthlessly hunting down the mother (or other
protective relative) and the child/children she is trying to protect.
These children that are reported 'abducted' and/or 'missing' are really
being protected from harm. The NCMEC and many courts will have you believe
that these mothers are delusional and making up allegations of abuse because
they are crazy/vindictive, but upon inspection of these cases you will
find that it is often not even the mother who reported/noticed the abuse
in the first place. Often the doctor noted a ripped anus, torn vagina,
bleeding, etc. and reported it. Other times the child reported horrific
sexual abuse to their teacher after being caught sexually acting out on
a classmate, other times someone walked in on the father abusing the child...in
ALL of these circumstances the Court either ignores the evidence or seals
it, not allowing it to be brought out in Court. These children are then
forced to go live with their abuser and are denied access to their mother
and other relatives. By hosting NCMEC's 'Missing Children' on your website,
you are contributing to the sexual exploitation of children. If you looked
into these cases you would find good mothers who never had any previous
complaints of mental disorders, never had criminal records, were known
in the community to be good, caring mothers raising good kids UNTIL the
Courts and abusers ripped the kids from their arms and forced them to
live a sexual nightmare with their perpetrators. This is happening day
after day, all over America and Groups like the NCMEC would have you believe
that the mothers or protective relatives are crazy, unstable criminals
but the facts indicate otherwise. Most normal fathers do not wish to take
their children from the mother. No matter how bitter divorce can get,
your average good father realizes that children need the continuity of
their primary caregiver which is normally the mother and they do not deny
what is best for their children. They are happy with normal visitation
with their children. It is only obsessive, abusive men who would go to
such great lengths to 'hunt down' their children and the mother who was
doing a fine job raising them. If you read the propaganda these men write
you will realize they do NOT have their children's interest in mind at
all. They want maximum punishment for the mothers (how does this benefit
the children) and they want the children never to see their mothers in
any normal kind of situation again. They isolate them and deny them their
usual friends and activities until they can be certaint the children will
not reveal the horrors going on at the hands of their perpetrators. Children
all over the U.S. are committing suicide, shooting classmates, acting
out rage on the innocent because they are being forced by OUR Courts to
live with their abuser and are being denied the only protective safe love
they ever knew. For a small but real picture of what is happening visit
www.childhoodwithoutfear.com and read the voices of the children themselves.
If you are mothers who want to Unite for children, PROTEST against the
NCMEC (which is now International) and tell them you demand they remove
all children from their pages that are with their primary caretakers,
their mothers. Tell them until the Courts change and begin to give Children
and mothers a voice, posting these protective mothers is promoting the
sexual exploitation of these children and punishing the very person trying
to protect them. Remove all NCMEC links, literature, etc. from your site
and begin to go to their funding sources and demand they stop funding
until they stop posting protective mothers as criminal 'abductors.' Unite
for children!
